How to Place an Order
The Bon Appétit Catering Team is available to assist you with any catering needs Monday through Friday: 7:15am-3:00pm.
Service outside of normal catering hours requires advanced notice. Additional policies are in place for events taking place after 3:00pm and are detailed under Food and Beverage Minimums and Additional Services
This service option includes disposable service wares for your event.
This service option allows a variety of menu options for guests to serve themselves. We use our own buffet equipment, disposable service wares and provide set-up and take-down service.
Dedicated catering attendants are available for full service. The number of catering attendants needed to properly support any event is based on the number of guests, menu complexity and the level of service needed. Chef services are also available for events requiring grilling, carving or other exhibition services.

The catering department should be made aware of any program-specific details: meetings, speakers, or any other activity that would occur before, during, or following the time catering service is requested. This may affect our ability to properly set up, service or clean up your event.
Catering orders must be placed no later than 3:00pm, two (2) business days prior to the event. Custom menu requests require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice.
Catering orders are not booked or confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Bon Appétit.
Cancellations require 48-hour communication, confirmed by the catering department. All charges will apply.
Catering orders under $25.00 can be picked up in the Café or delivered for an additional $15.00
Custom cake orders and some specialty items require a minimum of three (3) days' notice.
Due to public health and food safety concerns, all food and beverages are to be consumed on the premises during the scheduled event. Food and beverages not consumed during the event remain the property of Bon Appétit. Bon Appétit does not offer to-go boxes and we do not package items for removal from the event space.
All catering equipment delivered for order service must remain in the room to which they were delivered. Removal of said equipment will result in additional pick up and/or replacement fees that will be automatically added to the final invoice.
After hours events are events in progress after 3:00pm that require delivery, food and beverage and service staff. Food selection, guests count estimate and beverage package selection for these after hour events need to be finalized two (2) weeks in advance of the event date.
Weekdays Special Events starting after 2:00 pm and concluding at or before 5:00pm, food and beverage minimum is $500.00
Weekday Special Events concluding after 5:00pm, food and beverage is $1,500 with alcohol service concluding at 8:00pm
Breakfast weekend events (7:00am-10:00am), food and beverage minimum of $2,000
Lunch weekend events (11:00am-1:00pm), food and beverage minimum of $2,500
Evening weekend events (4:00am-9:00pm), food and beverage minimum of $4,000
Food and Beverage Minimums do not include labor, sales tax or service
Catering Supervisors are required for events over 75 people at $40 per hour
Catering and Bar/Beverage attendants are $30 per hour, per attendant
Age Verification attendants are $30 per hour, per attendant
Labor fees are subject to a four (4) hour minimum
One (1) Bar/Beverage attendants is required for every 75 guests
One (1) Catering attendant is required for every 25 guests
Additional staff will be required for butler passed selections
Age Verification is required for every 75 guests, as needed
A minimum of 1 Catering Supervisor will be required for ALL events starting at 3:00 pm and for ALL Weekend Events
Table linen rental is available @ $10 per table, two (2) weeks' notice in advance required
Linen napkins for $25 per bundle of 25, advanced notice required
China, Flatware, Glassware and Linen Napkin for $4 per setting
Custom linens and custom plate settings available upon request with notice, your Catering Manager is happy to help guide your selections
Flower arrangements can be added at additional cost
Upon confirmation of your event, you will receive a copy of the Catering Contract listing all estimated charges. Any additional charges will appear on a final invoice, after the completion of your event. All menu prices are based on current food market availability and cost. We reserve the right to make changes when necessary.
Payment – in the form of a cost center number or credit card – is due prior to the execution of any catering order.
